Payroll Services

How does Worksite handle payroll for my business?

Worksite manages payroll from start to finish. We calculate wages, process payroll, handle tax withholdings, and ensure on-time direct deposits. You get accurate, compliant payroll without having to manage the process entirely in-house.

Yes. Worksite is licensed in 20+ states, and we handle multi-state payroll while following each state’s rules.

Yes. Employees can log in to WorksiteHR.com to view their pay stubs and W-2s, as well as update personal information such as W-4 withholdings, mailing address, and direct deposit details. If assistance is needed, our support team is ready to help.

Yes. We calculate, file, and remit required state and federal payroll taxes on your behalf, helping you avoid missed deadlines and penalties.

 

You’ll receive clear payroll reports that show gross wages, taxes, deductions, and benefits so you can see your labor costs and stay audit-ready.

 

Yes. Our team handles the data transfer, payroll schedule setup, and employee onboarding to make switching providers smooth and low-stress.

 

Human Resources Support

What HR support does Worksite provide?

Worksite offers hands-on HR guidance. We help with employee handbooks, job descriptions, workplace policies, compliance updates, and employee relations support.

You still manage your employees day to day, such as hiring, scheduling, coaching, and making decisions about your team. Worksite handles administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits, workers’ comp claims management, and HR compliance guidance.

Yes. We provide electronic onboarding tools to collect I-9s, W-4s, and other required documents, and we help you get new employees into the system correctly from day one.

We offer HR resources and expert support for training, performance reviews, and corrective action policies to help you build a strong, compliant workplace culture.

 

Absolutely. Our HR team can draft, review, or update your employee handbook to reflect current labor laws and your company’s policies.

 

Workers’ Comp. & Risk

Does Worksite provide workers' comp insurance?

Yes. Worksite gives you access to compliant workers’ compensation coverage as part of your PEO relationship.

We serve restaurants, hotels, landscaping, pool and spa, automotive, home health, assisted living, retail, and many other industries. You can see a complete list on our Industries pages throughout the site.

In many cases, yes, but it depends on the specific type of work. We review higher-risk industries on a case-by-case basis, and some categories may not be a fit for our workers’ comp program.

Yes. We assist with claims management, help you implement safety programs, and work with you to reduce future risk.

Getting Started

How do I start working with Worksite?

Start by visiting the Industry page that best matches your business to see how we support companies like yours. Then contact us through our online form or by phone, and a Worksite Business Consultant will walk you through the next steps.

We’ll ask for your business name, number of employees, locations, and a brief description of your business. From there, we’ll build a tailored HR and payroll solution around your needs.

Most clients are fully onboarded within one to two weeks. Our team coordinates payroll, benefits, and workers’ comp setup to minimize disruption to your current operations.

No. Worksite can manage the entire transition process from your current provider, including payroll setup and employee onboarding, while keeping your pay schedule consistent.

You’ll be paired with a dedicated support team who get to know your business and handle your ongoing payroll, HR, and workers’ comp questions.
