Better Benefits for Everyday Life

Voluntary benefits let employees choose the coverage that best suits them, such as dental and vision care, life insurance, disability, legal assistance, identity theft protection, and assistance with unexpected medical bills. Because employees pay for these benefits, employers can offer more support without much extra expense.

At Worksite, we make everything easy, from signing up to ongoing support. This way, your benefits package is helpful, personal, and simple for employees to understand and use.

Eligibility and Enrollment

Full-time employees who work at least 25 hours a week can usually enroll in additional benefits. Coverage usually starts on the first day of the month after 60 days. Eligible dependents may include a legal spouse, a domestic partner, or dependent children, with age limits varying by benefit.

  • Full-time employees working 25+ hours may be eligible
  • Coverage starts on the first of the month after 60 days
  • Many dependent children are covered through age 26
  • Changes usually require open enrollment or a qualifying life event
  • Qualifying changes must be reported within 30 days
  • In-network providers are strongly recommended
